Job Description
HD001 Technical help desk   Should have good skill / certification on Windows 2000 / AIX (Unix of IBM ), Networking and Telecommunications. Written and verbal communication should be good. Diploma in computers / BCA etc., with relevant exposure would suit.

Location : Mumbai

For Technical help desk operations, to be located in Mumbai ( Travel to SAARC countries is
normally involved ).
