Main Skill:
J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts).

 The candidate should currently  be a lead and should be very
 strong in J2ee.

J003 Team Lead & Senior Software Engineer

Total years of IT experience

4-6 years for TL and 2-4 for SSE

Total years of experience in main skill

TL : At least 2-4 projects or 2 years of experience in a J2EE project in the role of a Lead

SSE : At least 2-3 projects or 1 year of experience in a J2EE project in the role of an Analyst/Developer

Main Skill

J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts),
Database concepts/SQL, EDI

Essential Skills:

Good Communication (written and oral) and Analytical skills
Good knowledge of Web concepts and n-tier architecture/application layering
UML/OOAD
Understanding of EAI and Integration methodologies
Familiarity with J2EE Application servers and Standard IDEs (Eclipse, Gel..)
Working Knowledge of XML/XSD, XSLT
Working knowledge of Visual Basic
Experience of working in a well-defined Quality process framework
Expert level expertise in EDI
